Finnish-born Stephanie Seege grew up loving chocolate, but her childhood allergies severely limited her diet. In her twenties she went through a complete change in diet and lifestyle and she started developing recipes free from dairy, gluten and refined sugar to produce tasty snacks and treats. In that process she invented kAAKAO, a do-good chocolate snack brand made with innovative, unconventional ingredients that change the face of chocolate - now suitable for all. kAAKAO is sweetened with dates and contains 40% less sugar than the average chocolate bar. The base recipe contains four ingredients - cocoa, cocoa butter, dates and coconut milk - all organic and plant-powered.
